ONAT4all conquers Spanish stakeholders

    IMPULSA IGUALDAD, our Spanish partner, proudly made its mark at the latest edition of FITUR, where it organized the FITUR4all section, offering insights into its Erasmus projects, including the significant ONAT4all initiative.

    Subsequently, on January 31st, they hosted a multiplier event for the ONAT4all project. This event served as a platform to unveil the project’s outcomes to a diverse audience comprising tourism professionals, social entities, and the general public. Luz Marina Gil spearheaded the presentation, accompanied by several professionals associated with the showcased projects.

    Among them was Sandra Montegrifo, Director of the Triangle Foundation, who emphasized the paramount importance of inclusivity across all tourism sectors. José Luis Alonso, Director of Hotel Muralto Madrid Princesa, discussed the #changethecity project, which revolves around social sustainability and aims to achieve carbon neutrality by 2025.

    Lastly, Sergio Montoya, Manager of the Spanish Network of Youth Hostels (REAJ), shared insights into projects demonstrating REAJ’s commitment to universal accessibility in tourism. The event underscored Empowering Equality’s dedication to promoting inclusivity and innovation within the tourism industry, fostering collaborations aimed at creating a more accessible and sustainable future for all travelers.
